This meetup group includes walks, hike, rock climbing, play dates, trips to the zoo, recipe swaps and more. All fitness levels are welcome. We're all here to help each other out along the way.

This is a group that gets together 2 to 3 times a month to go kayaking from the Northwest Outdoor Center off Lake Union. This is a great way for people to get together and get out there and enjoy the sport of kayaking along with getting a good work out. Also, how fun would it be to hit the Red Door for drinks after an evening kayak or hit a great place for breakfast after a weekend morning paddle?

Walking is a great activity to help you meet your health and fitness goals.  It is a wonderful way to see new places and meet fun people. While this is mainly a walking group, we occasionally post other fitness activities such as hiking, biking or kayaking.
